Help Me Speak app for iPhone and iPad

Both of my parents passed away from cancer. During treatments and their final days they were too weak to speak. They also had a problem where they knew what they wanted to say but they could not form the words. It was a terrific loss of self control when they could not communicate with others. We hope this App will help others in the same situation.

This App is there to help everyone who is in this situation and needs help speaking. This could be people with cancer, brain injuries or other conditions that prevents them from speaking on their own.

The App has large controls for people without fine motor skills. In addition the App allows customization of the words, phrases and voice.
